This theater was built in 1915 by Herman Jochims and his wife Maude played the piano to accompany the silent films that were shown here. Maude's spirit is rumored to linger and play the pipe organ, even though it no longer works. Both she and Herman have been seen as apparitions and some claim they sometimes turn the lights on and off.
